Purchases & Refunds

If you are experiencing difficulties with making a payment please email hello@autismonlinetraining.co.uk
A refund is not available once you have signed up for the course.
If you have a coupon please enter the coupon number at the checkout.

Making Courses

The course is only available for the person who signed up.
The emails have an unsubscribe button at the bottom.
Please click on the 'forgotten password' button and you will be sent a link to change your password.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to hello@autismonlinetraining.co.uk
